In a nutshell: The Qalqalah Rule
The Qalqalah rule of Tajweed applies to the letters, ق ط ب ج د
If these letters are saakin (carry a sukoon) or they have a vowel on them but we STOP on them (as in the end of an ayaah), they will produce a kind of "echo" sound.
If you listen to a qaari recite Suratul Falaq or Ikhlaas, you can hear the qalqalah sound at the end of every ayaat of these two surahs.
