Patience

O you who believe! Seek help in patience and As-Salat (the prayer). 
Truly! Allah is with As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).
(Suratul Baqarah: 153)


The Arabic word for patience is "sabr."

Write about a time you feel you exercised patience. What was the circumstance that required patience and how do you believe that you were patient? (actions, speech, etc). Why do you think you were patient? Was it a struggle or did it come easy to you?
